| This rail bridge over Interstate 10 between a few miles east of Mescal/Benson is being demolished to eliminate height restrictions on this section of I10. Union Pacific recently opened a new segment that parallels I10 on the north side (left side of photo) and eniminates 2 crossings of I10. Does anyone know if this is the original Southern Pacific ROW, or the El Paso & Southwestern ROW? I haven't been able to determine the answer in oy research. |
